Question : DB complaince

hi ,

We have built an Oracle based program and we are about to install it on a client. The Client likes the software however they require some kind of a compliance. Nothing in specific but he wants to see some kind of Q.A checklist that was followed.
Is there any link i can follow to download some kind of a checklist / Q.A / compliance check to be able to justify that the software works and follows some guidelines ?
