Question : PFDavAdmin Web Interface

I am looking for a way to replicate PFDavAdmin's ability to view and modify Outlook permissions (calendar, inbox, contacts etc.) from a web interface in an ASP environment.

Request is two fold and appoints will be awarded as such:

250 for a method to view permissions in a web based environment
250 for a method to modify permissions in a web based environment

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
