Question : cheapest way to register 20 domains?

i have 20 domain names i want to register.

   1. whats the cheapest rout for me to take to get these names for myself?
   2. once i have them all, can i have a single server host all the names (most are variations on a single name like mytool.com, ourtool.com, yourtool.com, mytools.com,...) i would want the same site to host these urls.

i will be using Microsoft web server, IIS so i was planing to use host headers and point the DNS to my server IP.

any other tips would be great... I am taking the plunge into the online world in a big way to promote my business.

I think godaddy is the better option to register the domain.
