Question : how do I delete fake AV Security Suite permanetly?

my boss got the fake AV Security suite so I saw the proxy set up on IE deleted that and I found (malwarebytes found) the reg entry and file that was hijacking his browser deleted them and all was fine for a week, til today, out of no where it has reared it's ugly head again. I am open to any new ideas to delete it permanently.
