Question : Crystal Reports and VB.Net 2008

I have never created a report in VB.Net, but have been looking at posts to try to figure out what I need to do.  I have used crystal reports and have crystal reports XI loaded on my workstation.  A number of examples include the CrystalReportViewer which appears to be in the CrystalDecisions.Windows.Form namespace.  I don't seem to have that namespace available.  (At least it does not show as an option when I try to Import namespaces.)  Can someone tell me what i am missing?  This is all new to me...
