I have looked all over the net for a DOCUMENTED open source library that will allow for the creation and manipulation of PDF documents, and have found several compiled DLLs, Class libraries and such but NONE with adequate documentation on where to start using them. I have found some that had C# samples that covered the most common ground in how-to, however, if you don't know what they are doing they are pretty useless to convert and customize
