Question : Add Imap/Pop3 email to blackberry

I am having a little trouble configuring and additional pop3/Imap connection on my Blackberry along side my Exchange account. I know this is possible as other users in my organisation have the options. We have the following setup.

T-mobile running BES Service
blackberry bold 9700
Blackberry manager 4.1

we have two phones on the same BB service sitting with the default policy in place. One Phone has the option to add a pop3/imap account the other just allows Enterprise activation (Setup > Setup Wizard).

Am i missing a setting that allows me to add the extra accounts as Tmobile are saying it is the BES server doing the config.

Thanks in advance

Answer : Add Imap/Pop3 email to blackberry

If you have cleared the device and still do not have the option to set the external email, then I am 99% sure that it is the provisioning, now that you have wiped the device, you can go back to the T-Mobile monkeys with ammunition and say that it can't be your BES as you wiped the device. Give them a call and tell them to check you have been provisioned, as far as  I remember, you should have 3 services provisioned by them so that it will work.
