Question : HTC HD2 stopped syncing since moving to Exchange 2010

We have recently moved to a new server with exchange 2010. Everything is setup for active sync and I have updated my password on my phone however I just get 'error synchronising'.

I have other people syncing ok using iphones.  Mobile access is enabled on my user account.

I have tried removing it from the phone and adding it aagain but still get an error.  I have also tried just syncing calendar but this does not work either.

I would remove the old drivers and install new ones for Video, chipset and anything else relevant.

apparently the hardware is different enough to cause issues.

also check the device manger
