Few users are deleted from Active Directory but thay are still visible as my colleagues in my site.
can i do some sync to update it for all uers

Answer : Few users are deleted from Active Directory but thay are still visible as my colleagues in my site

This kind of shortcoming is existent in SharePoint. Take a look at SharePoint AD Sync, which solves this as SUNILREPALE suggested above.
