How can I configure a route outside through an interface:

ip route eth0/0.2 ??

Trying to route outbound thru an interface, is this possible?

Answer : CIsco ASA

I think the question was whether it would work specifying an interface instead of an IP address and the answer is no, on the ASA you have to use the next-hop IP address.
