Hello,
- Go to the start menu and select "run" type "msconfig" select the "startup" tab scroll down through the list until you find "f3scrctr.dll" uncheck, or deselect the box and click "apply" then "OK" your system will prompt you to restart. When your system restarts you will no longer see the run dll error.
- Update your antivirus & scan whole computer
-Take backup of your data on external drive & take a chance with OS repair.
