Question : Reading Other Users Email as an Admin

Hello Experts,

I have access to a Exchange 2003 Server (Admin username and password) How can I view other users mailboxes, WITHOUT their knowledge?

Is this possible?

Answer : Reading Other Users Email as an Admin

your account needs to have permissions to the mailboxes or be an exchange administrator.
you can then open other users folders in both outlook and OWA.

OWA:  log in as yourself
upper right hand corner click on your name "open other users mailbox"

Outlook
File>open>other users folder.
