Question : What is the best way to have a website accessible to iPhones?
Not having an iPhone makes me hesitant to even ask this question because it may be borderline stupid but I'm going to leap into the pool anyway.
I have a commercial website. What is necessary to make it easy and attractive to be accessed by cell phone users that connect to the Internet? Regarding the iPhone, are all of the applications that are available, stand-alone applications that run on the iPhone or do they need to connect to the Internet in order to work?
For example, I am thinking of providing a new subscription service that would be hosted on my website. I guess I don't understand the relationship between iPhone applications and whether they need Internet access or are stand alone. Sorry to ramble so much.
