Question : What technology can create such a player?

Gents,
I am trying to implement an online CBT streaming video course titles.
The core of my business model is a great video player. I have had a look at many of them and currently using flowplayer.

Unfortunately it doesn't provide me functionality I need from a player.

I am looking for a player like

- The player should able to remember/bookmark chapters to track progress of an individual

Is there any freeware player available which will able to do this?

You can use the VMware converter standalone installed on the server to do a live migration to ESXi.
