Question : Name of certificate is invalid

I renewed my certificate for our OWA website, no i am getting an error that  the name of the certifcate is invalid or does not match? Why do i get this and how can i fix it?

Answer : Name of certificate is invalid

If your URL is https://mail.chcfinc.org/exchange then, Certificate should be mail.chcfinc.org... We need to do the same steps on clients also to get rid of the error.
