Question : Problem with MS Outlook 2003
I have a user that has windows XP, and Outlook 2003. If he moves an email to another folder, out of the inbox, and responds to that email thats sitting in a different folder, when he replys or even forwards, the sent email gets delivered to the folder where the orginal message was located. Normally it would be sent to the sent items folder, but for some reason this is not happening. I am aware of the options button, but something has changed, because all emails that were previously responded to always went to the sent items folder, and now no matter what folder the orginal email is sitting in, the reply or forward gets delivered back to the same folder where the message resides.
Thanks you for any help on this matter
