Question : Windows XP COD license

Dear Experts,

I have obtained a used computer which comes with a COD License for Windows XP Professional.  Using the provided Windows XP CD from Dell, I have re-installed the OS and it says that I have 30 days to activate the product.

Will this cost me money?
