Question : HP Color Laserjet CP2025 only printing one copy when asked to print multiple copies

We are having an issue with a HP Color LaserJet CP2025 printer installed as a network printer on a Windows Server 2008 machine, using the HP Universal Printing Driver PCL6 (updated 1st June 2010).

When asked to print multiple copies, it will only print one.

I have tried searching HP's knowledgebase but cannot find anything to assist.

What could be causing this problem?

The information that I have recommends against using local agents, and points to using ISA Lite, instead.
