Question : cisco pix lockout
We have a cisco pix 6.3 box that does basic remote vpn user. There are only 2-3 users using this as all other users are now on a different box. The remaining users have not moved for compatibility reasons. The router has not had a problem in 18 months+. I can do the basics such as login using telnet and create new vpns (I am happy with that). As wa result I canceleld the support contract. I have changed the telnet password and removed the support companies vpns. Is therer anything else i need to do to stop them dialing in to PROVE we need support?
Many thanks.
