Question : moving dns server from one domain controller to another

imagine we have 3 domain controllers S1,S2,S3 and in that S1 and S2 configured with  DNS servers and the S3 is only a domain controller. I want to move the DNS from S1 to S3.  Is it possible ? Can we move the DNS from one server to another? If yes how can we do that?
Criteria:
1) All the Domain Controllers in the same network?
2) S3 in other geographical location?

If the zone is AD integrated is enough to install DNS on S3 and the replication will occur with AD.
Then you could uninstall DNS on S1.
The location of S3 is not relevant. But is important to adjust the replication interval related to bandwidth and how often the DNS records are changing..
