Question : Cisco IDS vs Juniper IPD 250

Does anyone have a good breakdown of the spec differences between the Cisco IDS 4255 and the Juniper IDP 250?  I know they both handle 300Mbps throughput, etc, I've read the charts and listened to the sales pitches, but beyond that, has anyone used both of them?  Did you prefer one over the other, etc?  --TX
