Question : Need A Booking System For WordPress

I'm trying to setup a booking system for a personal site on WordPress and having a few problems with it.
The idea is we have a week away with various friends and family and they all volunteer to cook the evening meal on a specific day. I need to be able to let them allocate a day and add how many guests they are bringing.
The idea is that there will be 9 columns:
Column #1 shows the days of the week
Column #2 has a drop down with the name of the people at the event
Column #3 has a drop down list from 1-10 for amount of guests bringing
Column #4 - #8 is as per Column #3
Column #9 adds the relevant rows per day
I've attached an idea of what it might look like but without the drop down boxes to give a better idea. Each user will log in and amend the dropboxes as required and the plan is for their results to "stick" on the page so everyone else can see the result.
Any suggestions gratefully received. If it means coding it and using an IFrame I don't mind either.
