Question : Setup remote web access

I'm having a great deal of trouble connecting to a new SBS 2008 via remote web access RWW and OWA.

Internally I can access both https://remote.domain.co.uk and https://remote.domain.co.uk/owa but externally I can't.

I'm using a BT supplied BT2700HGV adsl router. DHCP and DNS is being handled successfully by the server, the following ports are open 25, 80, 443, 987, 1723, 3389, and 4125. I have tested them all using canyouseeme.org and they are all open but 4125 always returns "Connection timed out"

As of writing I am awaiting a static ip address (any moment now) and when I type the current dynamic ip adress I come tot he IIS landing page.

This is the first time I've tried to set up RWW and am begining to wish I hadn't suggested it to my client.

I have been unable to find out much about the full setup process on the net so I suspect there is something I haven't done other than follow the setup wizards in SBS2008 and ticked the appropriate boxes to allow OWA and RWW.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?
