Question : Resource Forest Topology vs Single Forest/Single Domain
Hi Experts
As I have never seen a Resource Forest Topology working in real world, I'm looking for IT experiences made with this and the pros and cons I might get.
At the moment our model would look like this.
Resource Forest Model
1 Resource Forest and 2 User forests in US and EMEA.
Is the syncronisation between User Forest and Resource forest with MIIS reliable, has anyone had mayor headaches with this or other components?
At the moment I understand that a Resource Forest Topology will provide more security compared to a Single Forest Single Domain topology.
Any comments much appreciated.
Answer : Resource Forest Topology vs Single Forest/Single Domain
It is pretty much all or nothing. On the gateway, shut the pri interface and it is down all the way and will cut all existing calls.
