Question : Homemade plastics

Does anyone know of any formulas for making plastic out of commonly available chemicals, such as cooking oils and household chemicals? How about a Web site or other availble information source on this subject. I am aware of the following:

Open the csv file with a text editor and change the encoding by resaving it as UTF-8 or UTF-16.
