Question : Does anyone know a joomla extension that can manage adding and searching documents?

Hi I am looking for an extension that can do something like this here:
http://clearinghouse.adma.org.au/
Whilst the search areas would be a bit different, I like the way this allows people to search ‘generally’ or by specific area.  Also that people are encouraged to send in resources.    I don’t particularly want/need the stuff in the bottom black section as I will put the ‘new’ resources through the news section.

Any ideas?
