Question : Missing ESM from SBS 2003

i have a sbs 2003 sp2 server - i can only access exchange from server management>advanced management

i have another customer with sbs 2003 sp2 and they can access esm from start>programs

i want to be able to access esm from start>programs.  why isn't that on my first platform?
maybe the screenshot will make more sense of what i'm trying to achieve....

Answer : Missing ESM from SBS 2003

Sounds like someone deleted the ESM shortcut from the program files list.  You can easily resolve this by going to [Drive Letter]:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\bin and copy 'Exchange System Manager.msc

Then right-click on start and choose Explore and make your way to [Drive Letter]:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Microsoft Exchange and paste it in here.
