If you're running XP (as the zones suggest you are) then you can use Outlook Express with no problem. It should already be installed -- all you have to do is run it and set up your accounts.
If you've deleted all of the shortcuts to it, the executable should be at
"C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe"
Just point to that file in Windows Explorer and you can either double-click to run it; or right-click and select "Send To" - "Desktop - Create Shortcut" to create a shortcut on your desktop.
