Hi, trying to setup sbs2008 server.
Was previously running although now when I connect to the internet, i get 'Windows SBS did not properly configure your e-mail. To correct this, re-run this wizard'. on re run, i get the same error.
When I run fix my network i get the follwoing messages'
'An internet port mapping is missing'
'Exchange SMTP connectors are invalid'
The first is strange as all are open on the external routrer and route to server correct IP. Windows server2008 firewall is on, and setup to allow exchange?
The second states that 'the server cannot conencxt the SMTP connectors. Ensure exchange is running (Yep), and try again (on doing so, i get the same messgae!).
I ahve recreated the exchange connectors (DEFAULT SERVERNAME) numerous times now with no progress.!
This is concerning as yesterday all was running fine (I have added a new NIC).
Appreciate any help and gudance here!
