Question : Browser being redirected to alternate sites

Two problems with the Internet Explorer
1) the browser keeps getting redirected to other sites from Google

2). Constantly receiving Just in Time Debugging window even though it is turned off in I.E. and the registry

Ran Malwarebytes w/No problem found
