Question : Software to test overclocked CPU

I am looking for a reliable freeware application to test my overclocked CPU. Basically I just want to be able to run a stress test to make sure that the chip is stable after each step-up I make. I would also like to have a graph or something to compare speeds and the what not. I included the word "reliable" because I do not want to think that my CPU is running well, then all of a sudden fry while I'm working on an important document.
Please also provide a link to a review for the application in question.

Answer : Software to test overclocked CPU

You can use any program based on Linpack such as: Intel Burn Test which can be downloaded here:
http://downloads.guru3d.com/IntelBurnTest-v2.3-download-2047.html

Benefits of using Linpack:
1. More accurate than Prime95 Small FFTs/Blend.
2. Takes less time to tell if your CPU/RAM is unstable than Prime95 (usually
something like 8 minutes Linpack vs 40 hours under Prime95).
3. Use the same stress-testing engine that Intel uses to test their products
before they are packed and put on shelves for sale.

Run it as long as you can, 1 day is more than enough.
To compare speed there are ton of benchmarking program out there. The performance that you gain from overcloking also depends on the application, so if the bottle neck is your Ram or VGA, then the worst case is that you gain only less than 5% speed.I think you have to test it yourself
