Question : Access Query Field + Criteria

Hello Experts,

I have a query with "Amount Due: [Order Total]-NZ([Total Payments])" in the query field.

When I open the query and try to sort Amount Due in ascending format, then I got an error saying it's Null.

I was also trying to get rid of 0 value by putting NOT "0" in criteria field and when I open the query a pop up message asking for Order Total value.

I am not sure what's wrong with this.
