Question : WSUS 3.0 SP2 Client Computers are not registering with Windows Update Server

I have installed WSUS 3.0 SP2 on a Windows Server 2008 x32 Enterprise Server. When I run Clientdiag from a workstation I receive VerifyWUServerURL failed with hr=0x80190193. I have verified the URL's are correct, I can download the wuident.cab file through the url from a client machine. I still think it might be a permissions problem in IIS, all of the virtual directories have Anonomous Authentication Enabled but all the rest are disabled. Does anyone have a document on what the Authentication Settings should be on the Virtual Directories? I'm not having any luck finding them and if I remember correctly this fixed my problem once before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
