Question : Windows Vista issues
I have just removed the vundo virus from my laptop. I used Malwarebytes and the vundo removal tool from symantec. Now, I can get to the desktop, but when I click on the two computers and go to "connect to a network", nothing happens. I get the spinning blue circle, and then it goes away. Nothing pops up. If I click on "connect to the internet" from the Welcome Center, I get the message "The wizard cannot continue" In the "show me more details" I get
Component GUID:[7071ECA3-663B-4BC1-A
1FA-B97F3B
917C55]
Component file: [C:\Windows\system32\conne
ct.dll]
Error: (0x800706BA) <The error message could not be found>.
Additional info:
Failed to detect Internet Connectivity
What the heck is going on? Maybe some of the virus is still in there?
