Question : HDD Error #106

I have a toshiba satellite laptop with Windows 7 OS

2.1 GHZ /1 MB L2 / FSB 667
DDRII RAM 4 GB / FSB 800
HDD 500 GB with Intel ICH9M ACHI Controller
VGA Mobile Imtel GMA 4500M up to 1342 MB

When I was playing FIFA 2009 the computer freezes for 2 seconds and the HDD Led light was always on , The computer repeat that every 25-30 seconds .

I tried to check the HDD with Partition Magic 8.0
This message appears : Partition Table Error # 106

1- Could this be the problem or it's the HDD itself or the Controller or what ?
2- How I can beat this problem ?

Answer : HDD Error #106

Best solution:
The problem with your partition,Its corrupted. So just take the back up of your data, then Delete and recreate the partition, restore your data .. DONE !
