Question : If attribut is ... then do this

I have a set of links,

<li clss="link"><a href="http://google.com">Link 1</a></li>
<li clss="link"><a href="http://google.com">Link 1</a></li>
<li clss="link"><a href="no">Link 1</a></li>
<li clss="link"><a href="no">Link 1</a></li>

I want apply a specific class to "li"s which has the class "link" and the <a href="no". and then when they click on them, nothing happens, just return false;

How ?
