Question : Changing Windows 7 Language in Home Premium..

A neighbour here in Greece wants to buy a new laptop with Windows 7 French.. unfortunately they are not available here and we can't find a French company that will ship here .. SO I tried Vistalizator on my own W7 HP English laptop, installed the French MUI and all looks well to me..

.. I'm just wondering how cosmetic this is/might be .. if she buys a Windows 7 HP English machine and install the French MUI as I have done .. are there any big differences to having W7 French installed natively?

The difference will be in your keyboard layout. You will be using French to type but your kb layout is English so it will take you some time to work out which key you need to press for certain French letters. Apart from that everything will be the same.
