Question : SQL ERROR After Changing VHD size Connection Failed

I resized my VHD. Once making the resize the vhd doesn't boot anymore so I had to run c:\recovery\startrep.exe from the windows 2008 server R2 os disk. The vhd boots fine now and the ip address and dns is still the same. I can see the network fine. This is an SQL server. I also ran check disk with fix errors automatically .

The server appears to be fine. However none of my work stations applications that use MSSQL 2005 on this server can connect to it. I get the following error.

Connection failed:
SQLState: '08001'
SQL Server Error:0
[Microsoft][SQL Native Client]Unable to complete login process due to delay in opening server connection

What could have happened? The original VHD works fine. I am wondering if running checkdisk did something or is there some networking issue with the domain controller...I am lost.

Answer : SQL ERROR After Changing VHD size Connection Failed

normaly policy nat is using from  higher sec level interface to low . that is waht you are getting that warning.

what i can see our policy nat is not taking efect  . coz of that your server  is not responding  back ,since it doesn't  have route to 172.16.200.0/24.
better correct your route .
