Question : Looking to learn about the Entity Framework

What are some links, demos and videos that can teach me about the Entity Framework?

Also, how successful has it been?  A year or so ago I was looking into OpenAcces from Telerik, which claimed to be much farther along than the Entity Framework.  Was that true and are they still far ahead?

HyperV_Install.zip is the actual module, you will need to install
PShyperv-R2.pdf is the documentation with examples on how to use it.
