Question : keep loosing favorites in outlook 2003

I am running outlook 2003 connecting to exchange 2003. I keep loosing my favorites (calendar and contacts shortcut). I try not to have to open folder list, expand to public folders....
Is there a reason why it keep loosing it.

I have seen this issue many times with the users that I support and really you could spend hours trying to find the root cause to this issue. In my experience with this issue it is best to create a new Outlook profile from the Mail applet in the Control Panel.

With this glitch you are getting there is some sort of corruption in your Outlook profile.
