Question : Why are services not starting on this Windows 7 Workstation?
I have a computer acting exceedingly weird. The following services are labelled automatics, but not starting, or start, and then stop quickly. I cannot start them either.:
DHCP CLient
Multimedia CLass Scheduler
Security Center
TCP/IP Netbios Helper
Windows Event Log
Microsoft .net Framework NGEN v4.0.30319 (x86)
Microsoft .net Framework NGEN v4.0.30319 (x64)
Software Protection
AMD External Events Utility
Crypkey License
Windows Audio
Windows Event Log
I have done a Malware Bytes scan as well as a Kasperksy Rescue Disc Scan... nothing. The event log is really frustrating as I cannot look at any errors.
