Question : Outlook 2007 starts minimised & will not open into a window
Outlook 2007 under Win 7 starts up as an icon on the taskbar & will not then open into window. It is set to open in a normal window & have tried maximised same result. A right click on the Outlook taskbar icon results in Outlook remaining minimized opening. Clicking on the pinned Outlook icon results in another Outlook session that is minimized. Neither session will open into a window.
I have run repair on Office 2007 & tried setting up another profile.
Any ideas on a fix other than uninstalling & reinstalling - which is my option for the new day.
Cheers
Graham

Hi,
In the system tray near the clock, look out for the Outlook icon. Right click on it clear the check mark on the option "Hide when minimized"
