Question : Exchange / domain Setup 2003

Hi all

 I have setup the new hosting for our exchange server and i belive i have everything pointed the right direction.
but when i goto Test Exchange connectivity i get the following Fail

"ExRCA wasn't able to find the SPF record."

I am not entirely sure what this means, but it doesnt seem to affect our ability to send mail
I have added the SPF record "v=spf1 a mx"
i am relativley new to going this deep into the whole mail server setup so may ask rather simple questions or ask for rather simple explanation

 I am not sure what details you will need to resolve the issue but im happy to provide most of them

Navigate to >>>
User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Control Panel
\
Prohibit access to the Control Panel
[[Disables all Control Panel programs.]]

This is what gets set by the policy above.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Policies\Explorer
Value Name: NoControlPanel
Data Type: REG_DWORD
Value Data: 0 or 1
0 = disable restriction
1 = enable restriction
