Question : call manager auto restart !
Hi there,
Our Call manager's vm usage is sitting around 75%; I believe Cisco DRF (i.e. call manager backup job) to be the cause of it as it is generating the most number of page faults. Cisco Tomcat is also generating a lot of page faults which is worrying. Anybody had similar issues in their Call manager Cluster ? What sort of traces can I collect for Cisco tomcat to pinpoint what's causing high VM usage.
Secondly, a colleague mentioned that there is a certain limit of VM usage after which it reboots the publisher automatically ? around 80% he suggested. is that true ? if that's the case, then how can i configure it to automatically restart at higher percentage ?
Answer : call manager auto restart !
What is the exact version of your CCM .... we also had the same issue on 6.0 but we upgraded to 6.1.3 and now after the upgrade we haven't the same situation again
