Question : Active directory 2003 password expire message

I installed wind 2003 server and configured AD. But users are getting the message your password will expire in xx days. I did not configure any password expiry for the users. I removed the password expiry setting in the domain policy. How troubleshoot and I stop this password expiry.

Check again the attached file.
It is highlighting (with yellow) all the cells in column H that contains words in column Z. After you write/edit/delete a word in column Z, just click on another cell to reflect the change.
If you delete a word in column Z, all the cells in column H that were highlighted will be restored to normal.
