Question : Don't refresh Master page  content

Hi Experts,
I have created a simple website in which I am using master
page.The master page contains header and footer which is
 not going to change in any page.
When I navigate to other page, the whole page gets refreshed.What I am trying to do is, keep the master page content static(I mean this part of the page should not be refreshed.)
Is there any work around for this?

but also if u look to my suggestion above i recommend u to re install the framework
