Question : Excel Printing Error on Ne07

Hello,

I have a user who has just developed difficulties printing to one particular printer from Excel 2007. When she prints she gets an error message - please see my attached screenshot.

Here are the facts as I know them now:

• She can print from Excel to any printer except \\mn-ad-01\MN_LASER_SHIP01\

• She can print from any other application to this printer without incident.

• Reboot of the computer did not help.

• Deleting the printer and adding it back did not help.

• This happens with any Excel spreadsheets, even new ones.

• She was able to print to this printer perfectly until last Thursday.

• Computer is an HP dc5100.

• Printer is an HP LJ P4015x.

• I don't understand the "on Ne07" part of the error message.

• No one else in the building is having the same problem.

Has anyone seen this before? Any idea what I can do to resolve this issue?

#xmlDoc.XmlRoot.Student.ContactInfo.PrimaryPhoneNumber# is a complex xml element.  You probably want the XMLText attribute of that element (ie the value)
