Question : Connecting two 6500's to a netgear switch
How can I connect to 6500's to a netgear switch? This switch will connect to ILO ports on the servers and the ILO need a redundant connection. I do not want to create a loop and doubt this switch has STP.
The Server have standard connections to both 6500's for redundancy. There is only one ILO port so all the ILOs connect to a netgear switch then have one connection to the primary 6500. we need a failover connection to the secondary 6500.
Thanks
