Unfortunately a 360 degree tour required many images to be taken around the inside of the office, rather then (what this looks like) from the top. Photo stitching software attaches these photos together and some software can even create a flash file where you can take a virtual tour.
As it is a high quality image, you could use a flash tool such as the following to allow the user to "scroll" and "zoom" around the office space, but only at the angle provided in the picture:
