Question : Windows 2008 r2 Crashing while installing on a dl380 g6

I have a brand new server (hp dl380 g6) 2 x quad core with 12 gb ram and 8 x 500gb hdd's (running raid 5), I have used the smart start, windows cd, usb and 2 different disc's to install windows 2008 r2 but every time it get's to the completing installation it crash's and will not go any further. I have updated the firmware's and bios and also the hardware on-board still no luck any suggestions would be appreciated

The problem was not resolved for SharePoint2010.
